1.Soulandfunkgroove converts Vinyl´s and or Cd´s for your private use.In accordance with § 53
sect. 1S.21.Alternative UrhG only the owner of the Lp´s,Cd´s etc.Is entitled to order copies to
be converted into Mp3 files as long as the conversion is free of charge.Upon placement of
your order Soulandfunkgroove needs a written statement from the customer insuring that the
Vinyl's etc.Have been legally purchased and copies will be made for private use only.The
digitalisation/conversion is free of charge.for cleaning/inserting filenames and provision of
downloads (hosting fees) Soulandfunkgroove will charge 6.00 per item.When placing an
oder you automatically accept our genral business terms and conditions
2.Ambit is Germany
Vinyl´s are only offered as Mp3 and not wave files
Cd´s are converted into MP3/WMA/OGG. kb-rate is shown separately.
3.Cancellation/Warranty
In case you are not satisfied with the quality we will rework your order or you will receive a
a credit note from us
4.Terms of Delivery 5 to 10 Minutes in Shop to download please Log in.
5.Payment and Proprietary Rights
Until receipt of payment we retain the proprietary rights on the copies Payment can be made
by Paypal/Paypal Express/or by Moneybookers - see our shop
6.Special offers on our website can be cancelled at any time and prices can change again.

8.The digitalisation is dependant on the quality of the product to be copied.Furthermore the
conversion can result in a marginal loss of quality.
9.The charge for rare Lp´s may be higher than the usual charge of 6.00 Euro per Vinyl/Cd
10.Samples from Original 30 sec edited in kbps128 goes not to download is a Demo from
my work and are Cut from either the Beginning or the Middle or the End of the Sample
